When will my order be shipped?

Non-Customized Orders: Shipped within 1 to 3 business days after ordering.

Customized Orders: Processing time is 5 business days.

You will be notified by email when your order has shipped.

Note:If you haven’t received the email, please check your spam folder first.

If your order has not been shipped within 7 business days, please contact customer service.



When will my order arrive?

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose:

Standard Shipping (Regular Shipping): Normally takes 10-20 business days. 

Expedited Shipping (DHL/FedEx): Normally takes 5-15 business days. (Extra fees apply)

Shipping time refers to the period from when the tracking website updates with your package information.

Note: DHL is not available in certain countries. We will provide other suitable shipping methods if needed.

If you want to receive your jersey as soon as possible, please choose express shipping. Extra fees will apply.



About the Shipping Address

If your shipping address is incomplete or incorrect, it may cause delays, delivery failures, or returns.

If your package is returned, you will need to pay an additional €10 shipping fee to resend it.



How do I return & exchange my product(s)?

At Shop Mine Jersey, we prioritize your satisfaction above all else. If you find yourself less than satisfied with your order,

we’re here to assist you with our return and exchange process.

Considering the transportation time of the return takes more than 1 month also the expensive shipping fee, what’s more

We want to establish a long-term cooperative relationship with you, so here is our win-win solution. The RESEND POLICY.

HOW DOES OUR RESEND POLICY WORK?

If you encounter any of the following conditions, after confirming, we’ll promptly resend a new package to you:

1.SIZE PROBLEM

If the items you received don’t fit as expected, simply provide us with pictures of you wearing the jersey for confirmation. Once confirmed, you can pay $10 postage for resending, and we’ll arrange a new shipment for you.

2. DELAY IN SHIPMENT

1) If the declared shipment time is under or equal to 30 days, and it has been over 30 days since you could track the package online, please contact us. We’ll promtly resend the package to you free of charge.

2) If the declared shipment time exceeds 30 days, and it has been over 60 days since you could track the package online, please contact us, and then we’ll resend the package to you at no additional cost.

3. CUSTOMS HOLD OR LOST

In the unfortunate event of a package being lost or seized by customs, please provide us with proof, and we will resend the package to you for free after confirming, and make sure you get it.

*Because personalized products are made just for you, they are not returnable.



How to choose my size?

When selecting your jersey size, please consider the following:

a. If there is any discrepancy between height and weight recommendations, prioritize your weight data.

b. Please be aware that there may be a variance of approximately 1-3cm in the sizing due to manual measurement.

c. The Player version jerseys are typically one size smaller compared to the Replica versions.

When is live customer service available?

Our support team is ready to answer questions about product albums, sizes, shipping and customization. 

Typical support hours are 8:00-17:00 (GMT+8), and we usually reply within 24 hours.



Can I email my questions or concerns?

Sure, Just send a message to [email protected] and we’ll have an answer for you within 12 hours.



Do I have to order online?

You can send product links, screenshots or your album list to [email protected] for availability and sizing help.



How do I change my order?

You can change or cancel your order at any time before it enters the shipping process.

Please contact our support team on WhatsApp or email [email protected] as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order.

If you do not receive a confirmation reply, the requested change may not have been completed yet.

We cannot change, cancel, or correct your order in any way after it has entered our shipping process.



What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?

Please contact us if your order does not arrive as expected.

The parcel may have been delayed or lost in transit.

After confirmation, we will arrange resend support as quickly as possible.



Do you accept customized teamwear orders?

We welcome team and corporate orders and are pleased to be able to offer volume discounts.

We realize that your uniforms speak volumes about your team, which is why your on-field image is our primary concern.

Together with our professional staff of artists, your representative will work with you to create the exact personality and look for your team.

Whether you choose from our collection of house logos, or create your own masterpiece, we will work with you to ensure your team looks as good as they can be.



Can I place an order for my retail business?

We welcome corporate orders and are pleased to be able to offer volume discounts on our jersey price.

We do not function as a wholesale distributor for any of the items we sell. 



When will I receive my order?

Delivery to most physical addresses occurs within 5 to 25 business days.

The following in-house processing procedures will postpone the shipping of your order: customizations, back-order, and special-order.

Your entire order shipping will follow how many shirts in your order,

Usually every shipping less than 15 shirts or 3kg,over 15 shirts or 3kg we will add one more shipping.



Do you charge tax?

We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for all customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees assessed at the border before delivery.



Can I return an item?

Please contact us before returning an item for an estimate of your return shipping charges.



What should I do if I am missing an item or if I received a defective or incorrect item?

Please accept our apologies if your order was not processed correctly. Just contact us, and we will do our best to correct your order as efficiently as possible. We can usually reship a new jersey for free.



How to maintain my jersey?

1. Many details on the shirts and shorts are Hot-Transfer printed. We suggest you should wash them by hand because machine washing will damage the printing. If you use a machine to wash, please turn the jerseys inside out.

2. Please do not scrub the printed or stamped area too hard, and avoid exposing the jerseys to the sun for too long. When you are not wearing the jersey, please hang it up.

*Don’t put jerseys in the dryer. Turn them inside out and hang them dry.

3.If the printing starts to peel off, please lay the jersey flat, cover the letters & numbers with clean, non-stick plastic paper or a stencil, and iron it at 150°C for 7-8 seconds. If this does not work, please iron it again.
